Far Infrared Therapy (FIT) is a type of therapy that uses far-infrared (FIR) radiations to promote a broad spectrum of therapeutic benefits for cells and tissues.
Far infrared radiation is part of the electromagnetic spectrum that has a wavelength longer than that of visible light but shorter than that of microwaves. It is also known as terahertz radiation.
Moxibustion therapy is a type of heat therapy where a practitioner burns moxa or mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) close to the skin’s surface. It is founded on the belief that blockages in the flow of energy lead to mental and physical health problems.
